We have lived here for 1- 1/2 years and we HATE it! I will NOT renew my lease. I have never had owners (SHE is from CUBA - HE is from PUERTO RICO, MARRIED TO EACH OTHER AND live on site) in my business like this. I pay my rent on time- NEVER been a day late and I TRY and follow all the crazy rules the CRAZY CUBAN owner makes up on the spot! SHE will SCREAM at you- SWEAR at you- CALL the cops on you- SUE you EVICT you- do what ever enters her CRAZY mind at the time! ONE TIME YOUR GOING TO DO THIS TO THE -WRONG- PERSON... REMEMBER BRENDA''' I'm out of this NUT house as soon as my lease is up!! IF she doesn't TRY and EVICT me first! She fired the last office lady for being drunk in the office, which i NEVER saw by the way! AND then SUED her! I'm out of this DUMP> NOBODY fixes a thing around here! IF we have a serviceman- or her LAME KNOW CA-CA husband- she tries to push into SERVICE from 6 AM- THRU GOD ONLY KNOWS WHEN. The poor over worked KNOW NOTHING man is ready to DROP> like I said, I'm out of here as soon as possible.
ALSO-
PAY -YOUR- bills such as GARBAGE- HOT WATER--- YOU TURN THE TEMP DOWN AT NIGHT... AND WHATS UP WITH ALL -COLD- WATER IN THE LAUNDRY''' MOW the lawn more than once ever 2 or 3 months! PAY your people a even close to a fair rate! I KNOW how tight money IS - but- come on!
TAKE THIS PLACE AND STICK IT CARMEN> GO BACK WHERE CASTRO RULES EVERY WAKING MOMENT LIKE -YOU- TRY TO DO> KISS OFF! LEAVE US -GOOD- TENANTS ALONE- LET US LIVE IN PEACE! GO AFTER ALL OF THE BUMS AND CREEPS AND ILLEGAL (') -------- OR THE PEOPLE OFF HOPE --- YOU"VE MOVED IN HERE WITH ALL OF US DECENT FAMILIES!
