I moved into this apartment in April of 2007 with my daughter and her dad. The management was nice the day I paid my first month's rent. In October of 2007 I had not paid my rent (my first time late mind you) on the first of the month. On the second, they put a note on my door and told me I had 5 days to pay or get out. Okay, I understood and planned on paying the 3rd when my check came in. Well, at 10 pm on the second........the manager and her husband came pounding on my door. I opened the door and she asked me to step out and speak to her. She asked me why I haven't paid my rent, and I said I just got your note today giving me 5 days and I get paid tomorrow. She had me backed in a corner yelling at me causing my boyfriend to come out there and see what was going on. She told him to go back inside...he said no you're not going to intimidate my girlfriend and this is not professional coming after business hours. It was only the second. We were not late. She then got in my boyfriends face and told him if he did not move, she was going to knock him in the head, and she turned around and started shaking her butt at him. She is very crazy and I am currently suing her and her husband.
By the way, if you have a child who is not potty-trained, they are not allowed in the pool area at all! She said that's the city of Bethany's regulations, but that is a lie. I checked with the City of Bethany, and as long as your child has a swimmer on they are allowed to swim. She does not allow those.

The rent is crazy high for that apartment complex.
