I have lived here for about 6 months. The managers are very strict, but keep the grounds clean, and safe. The rents are priced fair, and the apartments are well maintained. The only problems I have had so far are with the neighbors, they suck. I guess not too many people in this complex have a job, they are always around doing a whole lot of nothing. How can I get some money without working so I can stay home all day' I think the managers get a bad rap, the way I see it these losers who complain must want to live in a dump. Yes, they have a lot of rules, but this is the cleanest place to live for the price.

Actually I have lived at the Rockwell Arms for two years now And we are very pleased, both my husband and I are at work all day when we come home in the evening we have peace and tranquility,the unplesant comments must be coming from one of the many peopole they have evicted there is no tolerance for drugs, loud music etc. etc. yes they have very strict rules wich we think is great but I can see peopole who are home doing things that they shouldnt be doing living of the goverment instead of working would be upset when they are ask to move out, we plan to be at the Rockwell Arms for as long as we rent it is the best place in Bethany to leave clean and safe if you have any questions ask the Bethany Police they will tell you how safe it is.

Why do all of you with positive resposes remain anonymous, what would you be trying to hide, other than the fact that you are the manager/ owner of the property. and a lot of the people have jobs at night or attend college full time like my wife, I actually have 2 jobs 1 in the morning and 1 at night. And by all means if and when you do contact the bethany police department about the safety of the complex be sure to ask them about the sexual assualt that occurred about 3 months ago and the numerous breakins in the last year. for future refernce you can look up proper spelling and pronunciation 24 hours a day and I recomend that you do if you want anyone to believe that your not writing the anonymous messages
