ME and My wife and my children are very glade to have gotten out of this hell hole.
at first we really liked it, it was quite and clean and the fake personality of carmen seemed genuine. About a week after christmas 07 our upstairs neighbors got broken into, nobody bothered to inform us of this and a few weeks later someone broke into our apartment and stole pretty much all of the stuff we got our kids for christmas. in the months that followed there were 5 more breaking and enterings, numerous car burgalries, a sexual assualt of a neighbor in the back of the complex, carmen (who is the manager/owner)assured us when we moved in that they didn't have nor did they have a need for security on the property. I would highly recomend contacting the bethany police department prior to any serious thought of renting at this apartment complex. carmen is a ----- when it comes to doing anything that she is suposed to do. when our door got kicked in she said it would be a day or two before she would be able to fix it. mold is a never ending battle in the apartments.
constant electrical outlet and lighting problems and mysterious ground seapage that seems to come from nowhere. there is a street light in the back ally that i contacted og&e about and they said carmen would have to call them to get it fixed. I asked her on at least 5 seperate occasions to do so, it's been a year it's still not working. she is rude to you on every occasion after you sign a lease and she's just decietful about everything. we finaly moved out because she recently sent every one a notice informing us that we will be contributing $20.00 more a month seperate from rent to cover the costs of utilities rising. Well if you've read the paper lately you may have noticed that natural gas in oklahoma is actualy dropping in price this year and water in bethany has not increased in the last 2 years. there are so many other complaints I have about this place and managment that I could write a book. to sum it all up I Wouldn't Wish This Complex On My Worst Enemy or Even a Demacrat. I'm not bitter, I'm grateful that we got out before having to endure any more of her rules that she just pulls out of the air at her whim. I've seen her yell at people she raises her voice to people because she's so high and mighty, I hope she finds god and changes her attitude before she yells at the wrong person. Sincerly

I want to see the police reports. Seriously, sexual assault? Do you know what slander is, or can you even spell it. Hello are you ------- retarded? You can't even spell the most basic ----. I realize that the folks in Oklahoma have no formal education but seriously if you are going to make ---- up... than can you at least spell it correctly?? I am just sooo glad that she is getting rid of the meth heads, and moon-shiners.

I totally agree with the reviewer. I would completely believe the first response is from the owner/manager, except I read the demand from her for an additional $20. to pay her debts, and she is the most ignorant, illiterate that I have ever had the misfortune of trying to comprehend by her writing, what she was saying! If the same person wrote the response, she must have had help.

What was that part about "folks in Oklahoma have no formal education?" Whoever wrote this is a total idiot, but since I noticed it was signed "Anonymous" there is no way to guess who said such an insulting comment about the people who live here in our state. I happen to be a High School Graduate and have two years of college and don't apreciate disgusting comments such as this since I was born and raised here. I can't beleive that I was even thinking about renting an apartment at this horrible place. My Nephew happens to live here also and I havn't talked to him in awhile and I just think I may inform him about these rude comments I have read here which I think this Carmen person may have been the one who posted this ignorant comment on here. Let's see...Carmen, is that a Mexican name? sounds like it and so here you are in Oklahoma working as a manager at an apartment complex benefiting from us ignorant Okies LOL, have you got your Green Card yet? maybe someone needs to ship you back to Mexico you ignorant -------. Boy! I sure won't be moving to this place anytime soon. Oh, my response will also be Anonymous since my Nephew has to live in that Hell Hole and I don't wan't to give him any problems

all leasing agents are poured from the same dumbass mold they all think that if they make fun of your ability to spell that they are much smarter than you when in fact it probably took the stupid mf a few days to spell check and to figure how to turn the computer on to write her ------- response i have worked with ------- like this one many times they are mostly all single becouse a man cant stand to listen to a drunk dumbass or pilled out dumbass talk about there piece of ---- lifes and piece of ---- jobs i dont know this wanna bee nor do i ever want to i hate her. remember ----- what comes around goes around

i am a current resident and this all true, rude disrespectful,high and mighty just to get started..she is from venenzuela if that helps. terrible mainanance..24 hrs. my#$$.. high rent, only n the office the first week of the month to collect and evict. they left almost the entore holliday period most of nov. and dec. the just want money, fridge was out 4 two weeks during that time, emergancy maintance never even called back. a fridge just showed up, 2 weeks later...i will be moving. a.s.a.p
