Western Oaks Apartments

new management and residents, new problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have lived in this complex for over 3 years and until the past 6 months it has been a great little apt. Changes in management have let things such as excessive noise and litter get way out of control. The laundry rooms are not kept up very well and the trash piles up in there for weeks before anybody takes action. This complex is becoming ghetto. New residents are drawing in the wrong crowd that I do not feel safe around. Loud music from cars outside is a nightly occurance now. Be wary if considering moving into this complex.
