I Love it here I recommend to anyone looking for Apartment in bethany to pick Western Oaks. The Manager and her staff is very professional and They actually work. The rents are very fair and with the Updates the Manager is doing is well worth it. I feel very safe here and with manager out 24/7 I know her and security are watching everyday and every night. When a Police Department recommends and backs her up that's very very good in my eyes.

western oaks have always been good apartments. apperently we have numerous people who notice that she is out 24/7 and im thinking that most people who work so hard might need to get a little rest. and maybe we should look into how many honest guys who put in alot of hours fixing this and that throughout the apartments who never got paid? and has anyone been keeping track of how many different maintainance men she has went through. the numbers are there. and of course the police are going to be friendly because she is the only one that they get to talk to, because everyone else in bethany is asleep while she wanders about in her robe. there are a few of us who know what is really going on and who are also capable of breaking it down to those who dont see the picture how it really is. and for those who do not know, they have web sites that will show you the crime rate of the area that you live in, so when she or who ever tells you that there has been problems with cars getting broke into, check it out for yourself. believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. and do most of you think that security should be the ones who walk around at night, and not the manager. and sandra, what exactly would you do if you were to walk up on someone who is breaking into someones car. i almost want to say stop while you are ahead but it is clearly to late for that. if you are looking to make some apts a safer place, i hate to say that your at the wrong place cause this place can litterally run itself and i am also going to remind you that drugs are everywhere so stop playing it off that you and your family are law abiding citizens. public information sites are open to anyone who wants to see them. get some rest sandra

1st of all Sandra doesn't walk around in robe., you must be seeing things., 2nd Sandra has never said her family is law abiding citizens and 3rd of all why do you think she tells people vehicles are stolen from her property? I've never seen or heard of a vehicle being stolen from western Oaks., Sandra does her job that her boss ask of her. As far as Maintenance people not getting paid can you prove they've not been paid or do you know why they aren't working for her anymore? Wow only 6 people in 2 years that's everywhere in a business.
