I moved in three months ago with the understanding that this was a family oriented complex, after a month into it I realized I had made a mistake. This complex is not family orentied or for that matter oriented to decent people at all. I admit that I have not paid my rent on time, but I have always paid my rent. This month I got behind because I had to by a car and get my 4 kids christmas, on December 20th I got a knock on my front door by the "management" here asking for rent. This is very understandable since that is what managers do. When I told Sandra that I didn't have the money, she told me that I would be locked out on December 23rd. Since I was not a month late then this is not technically legal, but I might be wrong. We will just have to see. Ok fine, this is what management does. The icing on the cake is that I told her that I would have ALL the rent next week, and tried to work out a compromise with her about this. She was unwilling to work out any kind of compromise. Yes I admit that I got a little irritated with this and told her that all she gave a damn about was money and I didn't see why since they obviously do nothing around here as far as maintaince. Well Sandra didn't like that too well, she walked down the stairs and yell "-----" up towards my door. I didn't like that too well myself. Needless to say words were exchanged and my husband had to come and restrain me..... thank god, or I would have gone to jail. As far as the complex goes, it is a joke. Nothing here is what was promised it would be. I have been harassed by her cousin/brother who lives across the hall from me, and even though I can not prove it I am pretty sure that it was one of them or thier hellions that vandalized my car. I was also threatened by some skinny crack head blonde that seems to me to be Sandra's daughter. Might not have been, could have been thier dealer. I know that there are several people in the complex that are on drugs, and she seems to be "friends" with them, if not related. Now I might get sued for slander or whatever for this, but I really don't care. When a professional calls a tenant a -----, that seems very uneducated to me. I want people to know that if you move in here you are not only taking your money and flushing it, you may also be taking you lives in your hands. My son sleeps under several blankets to keep warm at night since the heater in his room doesn't work. This place is infested with roaches, and when they say they are going to spray, well it never happened. When I went to Sandra about you cousin/brother's wife cussing my husband for the way he walked, she did absolutly nothing. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I am sure that my attorney will tell you the same.

You are right that place is a joke. Anyone thats lived here long enugh they could tell you Sandra is two pepole Sandra and Sandy!!! OH and if you think of working for them it is a mistake you get told that you will get one amout and then get paid another. When you ask you get the run arouind until you quit asking that there faorite thing to do . get out while you have the chance everyone.
