I first of all would like to introduce myself as the new manager of Western Oaks Apartments. My name is Melissa and I am very happy to meet you and very excited about the new changes taking place here. Secondly, I would like to send an apology to everyone that was subjected to the previous review of our complex. I will not disclose any imformation as to the details of the change in management nor will I justify any of the allegations with an explanation. What I can provide is the reassurance that as the new manager of this complex, I will do everything in my power to provide a comfortable and safe home for my present residents and those yet to come. As they say, seeing is believing. Come by and see for yourself just how much we at Trident care about you.

in response to the new managers lies of what she thinks seeing is beliving is you cant fix getto and im not a employee i was a tenant of this dump keep in mind she cant fix the roaches,with out payin for the service you cant fix mold unless its demolitioned and a mold remidiation co destroys the mold that cost money.. they cant fix the water lines and sewers under the slabs of the floors unless they jack hammer the slabs up and pay large costs for repairs more lies from trident group llc st louis mo when property managment companys get in trouble and have issues they blame it on the managers UNDER NEW MANAGMENT MEANS PISS POOR OWNERS ((warning warning)) THEY LEAVE MANAGERS TO DO THE DIRTY WORK >>>again (((fact))) im not a employee of trident but a angry tenent.. that they will see is a thorn in there ass.. the new manager was place to attemt to try to cover up more trident deception and lies to cover up the problems with the property like roaches, mold, sewers,, city of bethany will verify this as fact. call the city hall, local health dept, walk the property ask other people you see there they will be glad to spill the beans to you if you was to ask.. there is no way for them to cover this mess up this time!!!! signed thorn in tridents ass

Id move before you get sucked in by trident other wise you will have pepole blaming you just like they blame sandra
