DO NOT RENT HERE this is a hell hole((((( WARNING))))) roach infestations,black mold,flea infestations ,sewer issues,roof leaks , bacteria in drinking water and sewer back ups in dishwashers,tubs,as well as electrical problems ,fire hazards, trident group llc from st louis mo is a slum lord property with a foolish new manager even to the phony > -----------------manager they just hired to try and cover this all up i agree with the person who left the review on feb 26th they are telling the truth about this property this is a unsafe unhealthy property for your children and family the bug infestations are severe and the bacteria in these buildings are ungodly if you move in here your making a big MISTAKE and you will get ill from the bugs and over chemical applications this property is a DANGER and should have federal, city and state offices looking into the health DANGERS i hope the person who left the review of this property exposes the true lies and deception it was not the old manager sandra who created these issues but was left to deal with it i admit she was a strict manager but had to be to keep the drugs, crooks, alcoholics,and other trash off property if you realy want to know about the property other than what you read here call bethany police department 789-2323 they will tell you stop a officer on the street ask one. they fight it everyday and they wont lie to you by the way thank you thorn in tridents ass who ever you are im sure theres more to come about this property

As I have stated in a previous statement to an earlier review posted, I have no comment on the allegations made about my property. To respond would be even more unprofessional than the statements made and would only add fuel to the fire. Again, seeing is believing. Come on by and take a look for yourself. the reason for no response is you dont know what to say or even know #$%t. your a new manager placed in less than a week you cant hide or fix what has been there for years and & so your saying ( my property) as if you are owner of this hell hole lol what a joke again yes come on by get you a wiff of the SEWER stench have a cool glass of water from the office sink omg do you think people are stupid what makes you think the surrounding apartments like overlake,bethany square, rockwell arms,angelic.. just to name a few in this area are old and deplorable and western oaks isnt any different i think the bleach in your hair has messed with your brain WARNING .. PEOPLE THIS IS GONNA COME OUT IN THE WASH.. THIS NEW MANAGER KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY AND HAS BEEN THERE A DAYUM WEEK DONT BE SNOWBALLED BY THE B.S SHE IS GONNA TRY TO FEED YOU. SEE WE ARE THE COMMUNITY, WE LIVE HERE...WE ARE LOCALS IN THIS TOWN, WE KNOW PEOPLE WE TALK TO EVERYDAY. THAT WE SEE IN THE LOCAL MARKET.
