I have lived in this complex for almost two years, and I am so happy to say that we are finally moving! Regardless of who is the manager, the fact of the matter is that these apartments are in fact old and the roofs leak, causing mold to form in the celings and light fixtures. I filled out a form the first week we moved in and needless to say, going on 19 months here, the mold is still visible on the ceiling. My bathtub has never had a plug, I use a small bowl to cover up the drain and the faucet leaks cold water constantly, not fun for kids in the bathtub. The tap water is disgusting, but it's like that all over Bethany. The roaches are like mutants who never die, I have tried everything to get rid of them but I guess I'll let them win this time because we are getting the you know what up out of here! So everyone who wants to trash the new manager, (whom I have not seen or met) either move out or shut up. I can say that the landscaping has improved already. Now if she just hires a maintenance crew, some things might actually change around here. Too bad I'm not sticking around to find out!
oh and one more thing- good job kicking Sandra out guys, the new manager's gonna LOVE her apartment when she wakes up and there's raw sewage in her sink and bathtub.YUM! this place needs to be CONDEMNED.
