As far as for Sandra like she always said., No one knows what she had to deal with except for her assistant and she did a lot of stuff out of her own pocket and the management never gave her a pat on back. She had 2 strokes due to that complex and worked 24/7. If she was that bad of manager wonder why her boss sent her to their other complex in Houston when she was told they liked the way she did her work' Sandra must of done something correct, however that was her mistake for going for them because that's when her health went to crap. 2 strokes in 1 year wow and she has a 8 year old son but do you think the "Mgmt" company cared' Nope she was right back to work without HER DR'S ORDER. Then the New manager is saying stuff about her that "Mgmt" wanted to blame Sandra for!!! The new manager doesn't even Answer the Maintenance Emergency Calls that is a requirement of the STATE Law of OKLAHOMA!! Sandra always answered the phone 24/7 especially Maintenance calls. The only problems with the grounds is that Sandra couldn't get it approved till THE OWNERS DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO RELEASE SANDRA OF HER DUTIES. SANDRA DID GROUNDS OR HER FAMILY DID THEM OR SANDRA PAID FOR THEM OUT OF HER POCKET. SANDRA DID HER JOB TO THE BEST OF HER ABILITY WITH WHAT SHE HAD TO WORK WITH. THEY TRIDENT DIDN'T HAVE EMPLOYEES BUT ALL OF SUDDEN GOT A EMPLOYEE AS MAINTENANCE PERSON WHEN THEY LET SANDRA GO IMAGINE THAT. THERE'S MORE I COULD TELL EVERYONE ABOUT SANDRA'S JOB BUT I DON'T WANT TO HURT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX ANYMORE THAN IT ALREADY IS BUT I WILL SAY "MS. SANDRA" DID HER JOB VERY VERY WELL AND DID THE BEST SHE COULD WITH WHAT SHE HAD TO WORK WITH. THERE'S NO NEED MELISSA TO REPLY I JUST WANTED TO STATE A FACT THAT YOU HAVE NO IDEA "ABOUT SANDRA" AND WHAT SHE DEALT WITH FOR 3 YEARS....... UNTIL YOU DO YOU HAVE NO RIGHT SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT SANDRA NOR PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT. SANDRA IS AND WAS AN EXCELLENT MANAGER. I'D STAY HERE BUT I DON'T AGREE WITH YOUR LETTERS YOU'VE SENT OUT AND HOW YOUR NOT TAKING CARE OF THE PLUMBING ISSUES AND BLAMING SANDRA.......

i agree sandra was good manager trident never sent checks to people and thats why she couldnt keep any help for more than a month wasnt here doing any thing wrong it was trident not sending out check cant blame sandra for that the only two things i see that sandra did wrong where start working there and try covering up for trident while making her look bad trident just needs to pack up and go back north and get the hell out of Oklahoma we dont want the projects here and thats all trident knows how to run
