Thanks a lot, now I can't get an apartment anywhere! I lived there for 2 years and shortly after I moved in my roof collapsed due to a rain storm. I reported it immediately to management. It took Management 6 months to get it fixed, and only after I signed a new lease agreement. Even then they didn't fix it correctly. My sewage backed-up constantly. Sandra's response to that was "use a plunger". They never called a plumber or attempted to fix the plumbing. They said that everyone in my unit had the same problem. They never replaced the carpet in my apartment after I was promised they would change the carpet when I moved in. It was in horrible condition. The walls were only half painted. When I did a walk through with the manager, she and I both wrote down a list of things to be done, but she misplaced the paperwork and I stupidly didn't keep a copy. At the end of my lease, I was hospitalized and lost my job. Upon release of the hospital I was a week to get out with no means of evacuating the property. They changed the locks on me before I was able to remove all of my belongings.

Now Trident is suing me for $1,700 dollars of damages to the property that they never fixed. Because of this suit, I cannot get an apartment anywhere and I'm forced to couch bonce between friends and ultimately live on the streets. I need help and advice from previous and current residents. Has anyone had a similar or same experience, and how did you handle it'

OK LOOK SANDRA WAS NOT A PLUMER SHE ONLY HAD A PLUNGER MAINTENANCE ONLY CAME OVER TO DRINK BEAR O YEAH IF U REALLY WANT TO GET STARTED THIN WE CAN JUST GO INTO DETAILS ON THE CORRUPT BUISNESS ETHICS AND ALL THE DRUGS THAT CAME IN AND OUT OF THE WORKERS OF THE COMPLEXE LETS SART OFF WITH ALL THE DRUGS THAT CAME OUT OF SANDRAS APARTMENT WITH HER SON AND HOW I WAS IN COURT WITH HER WHEN SHE WAS TRYING TO GET THE CHARGES DROPED ON HER SON WHO WAS SUPLYING THE DRUGS TO THE KIDS IN THE COMPLEX OR HOW SHE WOULD SNEEK AROUND AT 4 AM. IN THE MORNING IN SHORTS AND LONG SLEAVE SHIRT IN THE WINTER DIGGING IN THE DUMPSTER SWEATING LOOKING FOR "A SUSPICIOUS NOISE " GIVE ME A BREAK I WONDER Y SHE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HER HEART ! SO DO I GET OFF THE DRUGS AND THE PROBLEM GOES AWAY!!! HOW ABOUT ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH THE MAINTNANCE MEN LETS START WITH TERRY WHO CAME OVER ALL THE TIME AND WAS ALWAYS DRUNK AND DIDNT EVEN HAVE A LICENSE WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS WHEN ITS OK TO BREAK THE LAW JUST TO SHUT PEOPLE UP TO MAKE AN ATEMPT TO FIX A PROBLEM? EVEN THIN THEY LEFT A MESS DIDNT CLEAN IT UP AND DIDNT EVEN FIX TH PROBLEM THIN YOU WANT TO PUT IT ALL BACK ON ME !!YOU NEVER PAINTED THE WALLS THE CARPET WAS NEVER REPLACED AND THE AIR NEVER WORKED AND YOU TOLD ME I COULDNT GET IT FIXED ! WHEN I LEFT THAT PLACE I JUS GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL AND LOST MY JOB SO YES I WASNT ABLE TO PAY RENT AND YOU NEVER FIXED ANYTHING IN MY APARTMENT THE HOUSING ATHOURITY IS REALY HAVING A HAY DAY WITH THIS ONE SO EVERYONE CALL THEM UPAND LET THEM NO WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR SITUATION LET THEM KNOW ABOUT ALL THE MOLD THE SWIMING POOLS GETTING SHUT DOWN THE SEWUAGE PROBLEMS AND TOGETHER WE CAN GET THIS COMUNITY THE HELP IT NEEDS TO MAKE IT A PLACE THATS ACTUALLY LIVABLE GET THE LIGHTS FIXED SO THE KIDS DONT GET HURT OUTSIDE AND WE CAN FEEL SAFE AGIN!THE HOUSING ATHOURITY IS AWARE OF WESTERN OAKS AND IS BUILDING A STRONG CASE AGINST THEM AND TRIDENT GROUP LLC WILL HAVE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS . Me out digging in trash cans come on now you can come up with better than that than 2nd of all wonder why Bethany PD was at your door every week? And Scott got news for ya I don't even work at Apartments anymore!!! My son humm well that's his personal life and you have no idea why he was there. Maybe he's a Nark for OKC/BETHANY PD did that ever cross your mind?
