leaseing agents lie to the tennants about pro-rating and leases .

lets say your lease is up at the links. they never ever tell you this, but if you dont give them a "writen" notice to vacate "30 days prior. Your lease will "roll over" with out your content. and thats 30 days folks, no less. So now you have to pay out get out of your new lease. I WATCHED THEM DO THIS TO TENNATS MONTH AFTER MONTH. WAIT!! this is the funny part even though you move out and break your "new lease". and have to pay $700 for the month that you dont live in the apartment. the Links will move a new tennant
and collect double rent from you and the new tennant for the same month > is that legal'
im an porter who worked at the links for a while. I watched 4 management teams come thru and each time the the Area Managers (husband and wife team)would teach the new team the DL tricks. and they all get big big bonuses for doing this kind of stuff.
