Apartments are not "First Class" as advertised. The apartment was constructed out of very ordinary building materials, not finished well, and not clean when I moved in. The kitchen appiances are the cheapest made, the washer and dryer, the refrigerator, and the dishwasher are the noisiest I have ever heard. Furniture is the cheapest available and in poor repair. Read the lease agreement VERY CLOSELY !! My apartment was not ready for occupancy for fifteen days into the month, but I had to sign the lease at the beginning of the month because of "Coprorate Policy", this means that I lost fifteen days of occupancy that I paid for. When I asked for an extension by the month, the manager said "We will work with you." Not true, it is figured how to get another month?s rent even if you have vacated the apartment.
