Sucks Bad!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
When the neighbor kid started looking in my window, I called the manager, they didn't do a thing about it!!
The neighbors on the other side of me moved a couch out onto the front porch right under my living room window, it took management 2 weeks to get around to making them move it!!
When I moved, I scrubbed the place spotless, and then when I received what was left of my deposit, they had charged me to CLEAN the apartment!!
