I have lived at the Links on Memorial for over 5 years and would never live anywhere else. Golf is free, I have a full size washer and dryer included for no additional $ and I feel very safe and comfortable here. I have never had any problems with management or the staff. My electric is based soley upon what I use and not what the entire building uses. Each apartment has it's own meter on the side of the building and that is what AEP/PSO reads my usage from. The pool is also clean and the residents are all great. I have never had any problems like someone else has stated and I have been here a lot longer than what I originally thought I would be. I would refer anyone and everyone to this property as there is no better place around. They even have a pool party for the residents along with a Fourth of July and Christmas party. They even give away a free months rent at Christmas!! Best place to be!!!!!!!!!!!
