Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I left the apartment immaculate because I wanted my deposit back. I cleaned the carpet, walls, etc. They billed me for $80 because they said I took "one" of their wooden bar stools! Which I did not take, nor would I want one wooden bar stool! Other charges were "routine" maintence of painting the walls and cleaning carpet. So, take pictures of the apartment before you leave and don't expect your deposit returned. I am still being billed for the $80 and I refuse to pay for something I did not take.
