The Links appears like it would be a good apartment community to live at, because that's what we thought whenever we 1st leased there. We were excited, especially bc my boyfriend loves golf! Well, our experience here so far hasn't been what we thought it would be at all. The most inconvienent thing of all is that the ONLY way you can pay your rent is by having it autodrafted from your bank account! Also, we pay to live in a gated community & our gates are NEVER closed. They advertise washer/dryer as an ammenity they offer, & our dryer was broken for 2 weeks! We didn't stay at our apartment for that time period because we had to have clean clothes to wear to work, & I wasn't about to pay at the laundry mat because it wasn't my problem to fix! I even called the corporate office to inquire why it was taking so long & still nothing was done. I work at an apartment complex as a leasing agent, so I know how everything should be taken care of. I don't know if it's because my boyfriend & I are younger, but they never take us seriously! The office staff is very unprofessional & RUDE! The maintenance is extremely slow, & the reason they don't care about anything is because they always have a waiting list & are full in occupancy because of the golf course. We signed a year lease because that's all they offer, & to get out of your lease you have to pay half of how many months you have left! It's ridiculous!! I will never live at a Lyndsey Management property EVER again & won't be recommending it to anyone!
