The Links is not a place to live. Me and my wife lived there for 9 months
and they had a 16 year old boy fixing things in our apartment. He could
not even strip a wire. I ask you what kind of place is this. The people are
nice untill you step on there feet. I broke my lease and explained to them
I was buying a home and I had 2 months on my lease. I called about 2 weeks
after moving out and the asst manager was rude and really does not care
about anyone but themselves. I hope they take me to court and then I can
show the courts how they are running the place. If you ask me The Links is
cheap buildings, has a good golf course that is the only thing. Maintance sucks,
managment sucks, water presure sucks, landscaping sucks etc etc should I go on...

My fiance and I have been looking at the Links for the past several months. We had seen the bad reviews but had friends that lived there and loved it, so we were going to try it out. That was until we were told it was going to be till Sept till we could get in a pet apartment when they had previously said May. (which is when we need it) We tried to even get in a non-pet apt and leave the dog with my mom until they got us a pet apt. They obviously didn't want us to live there because they weren't willing to work with us at all and expected us to pay two deposits for the SAME COMPLEX. We thought it was crazy so we have went elsewhere and they are out of our business and references.

Sorry to hear that.. That is what I am saying. They think they are better than everyone.
