This place is a joke! The gates are never closed, I just found out they've never changed the code since they opened the complex. The courtesy patrol is too lazy to respond to calls for noise complaints at 11:30PM, 1:30AM, 3:00AM, 3:30AM and so on(even during the work week)if they answer they tell you to call Bixby PD. They don't enforce their apartment community rules, they don't address your complaints and could care less. I've lived their for 4 months and It's been 4 months of hell. The office staff was overly friendly upon showing and leasing the apartment to me, now they're completey RUDE and unprofessional. I've complained numerous times for loud noise, blaring Radios/Televisions, neighbors with pets in our NO PET BUILDING and it looks like Sanford & Sons under our stairwell. They landscaping is a joke. Not to mention all the creepy crawlies I have to live with.... I have 8 more months of hell. If YOU WANT PEACE AND QUIET SO YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO WORK IN THE MORNING... DON'T CONSIDER THIS PROPERTY!!!
