I'm a previous tennant of this Property and I wouldn't wish this place or it's staff on my worst enemy!!! I left the apartment in better condition than it was when I moved in yet they kept $130 for cleaning'!'!'! The courtesy patrol rarely answers your calls and most of the time doesn't respond to your calls. You have to call the police to get anything taken care of. A car was stolen from right in front of my building! They don't respond to maintenance calls either, I waited two days before fixing my clogged kitchen sink and garbage disposal myself because it smelled so bad! They never fixed the shower drain in the six months that I lived there! There was excessive dirt on all of the window ledges when I moved in yet they claim to paint the apartments each time a tennant vacates. My neighbors where terribly noisy during 10pm-4am daily! They power washed our porches and didn't replace our personal belongings....they left them in the courtyard and some of my neighbors left them there for weeks!!!! It looked like Sanford and Sons lived there!!! They also caused damage to my furniture when the water leaked through the door and windows. The wall was soaked and started to mold but they wouldn't come clean and paint it! Yet they sure charged ME for it when I moved out. They eventually let me out of my lease after complaining ot Lindsey Managament soooo many times. The office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and the Lindsey Management Resident Relations Staff isn't any better. This is the worst experience with a complex that I've ever had or even heard of! This place is just awful all around. The gates never work and the code hasn't changed since the complex was built. The only good thing to say about the propert is the golfing isn't half bad when they take care of it! I could go on and on for days about how bad this place is.... You'd be better off living under a bridge than to spend a day living at this property!
