Please read and believe all of these review! I just moved out of the Links and this is by far the worse place I have ever lived. The mangement staff (if you want to call them that) are the most rude, hateful people I have come across. They do not fix anything, my bathtub was clogged up and I placed numerous call to the maintenace, yet they never fixed it. There is serious mold in all of the apartments, they told me to just wash it off the wall. My bathroom cabinet was falling apart from so much mold. If you have black stuff on your carpets....It's mold underneath the carpet. My car got broken into twice, and they could care less. They advertise a "gated community" the gate is never closed, NEVER!! All they want is your money and let me tell you this company as got their butts covered on every legal issue they could possibly dream of. Read the lease, it states they are not responsible if mold is found. Please do not rent from these people. You will regret it!!
