Well to start off they charge extra for apartments that face the golf course 9whch we got) our view consisted of a nasty terrible looking pond things were floating in it. They claim gated community but the gate is never closed. Someone hit my car in the parking lot and didn't leave information or anything so i had to pay to get it fixed. things that should have been fixed before move didn't get fixed till after a week of being there. The walls are very thin you can here everything that is going on in the apartments. We are currently waiting for our lease to end so o we can get out of here!

be careful when you do move they are now charging us for everything in that apt. including the carpet replacement. i didn't leave it in bad condition and i thought the deposit was supposed to take care of it nope wrong again. they take your money for fun!
