I have lived in Parkwood Apartments for 6 months now, and I'm not overly impressed. I do not have an electrical outlet in my entire apartment that is not wornout and can barely keep anything plugged in. Turn in a repair request' As far as I can tell, they are ignored, if a repair is made, it is substandard work. Example: I had a bathroom faucet that ran a steady stream of hot water when I moved in. I immediately reported the problem, three weeks later a woman came in and tightend the faucet. One week later the faucet was running hot water faster than before. Memos from the management to renters are poorly written and off-putting, resulting in resentment rather than a working relationship. Perhaps a well-trained manager in place could make some changes, as well as recruiting better maintenance personnel.
