I have not been in this community very long and REGRET ever moving here.. They change management like underwear and the one now has a teenager that causes most of the problems in this park... Maintenance sucks I have yet to see an A/C repairman that is licensed.. Hey you sign a lease but everything in it you don't have to follow!!! And no worries they can't evict on it.. I think this should be called Parkwood Trailer Complex cause it mostly consist of white trash and drug dealers but hey look at the management and maintenance they are probably the ring leaders of the operation.. Well basically if you want a place to live that the ac don't work the bathtub don't drain, the mold is overtaking and the teenagers keep you up at all hours of the night not to mention if you want to know all law enforcement by first name this is your community!!! I mean come on join the fun it's a well maintained community with redneck lawn chairs and coolers thrown everywhere...

Wow I was thinking of getting an apartment there but nevermind... I will definatly look elsewhere. Thanks for the honest opinions I feel for you sounds like hell might be a better place!!!!

YOUR RIGHT! PARKWOOD USE TO BE A VERY DECENT PLACE TO LIVE UNTIL THE OLD MANAGER RITA RYDER LEFT SHE WAS THERE FOR A LONG TIME AND THAT PLACE WAS KEPT TOGETHER-I HAVE DROVE THRU LATELY AND YOUR RIGHT IT LOOKS VERY TRASHY NOW, I HEARD THE NEW MANAGER LOOKS LIKE SHE'S BEEN ON CRACK-PROBABLY STILL IS.
