Original staff when we moved in 7 years ago was amazing. The current staff has called me a liar about broken appliances and rodent infestations. The only staff member worth talking to is Bailey, avoid the other rental agent at all costs.

Complex is full of dog fecisis no one cleans up. Some balconies are stuffed with trash and look tacky, exterior pant is not good. Parking areas dirty. Appliances out dated nothing special no security basic plain Jane nothing special.

Short, but so far well. Neighbors and residents are very friendly and staff are extremely helpful. Very little problems have occurred since moving in, and it is nice that the apartments are pet friendly and located in a convenient area

This is an older apartment complex. It has it's issues. But, The staff works to handle these issues. One thing we have notice, It is NOT infested with bugs. Although it is not a new complex, it is a nice community and great location.

Not good read the maintance survey.Hot water tank flooded my apartment and ruined my Box springs and mattress .That should be on yall to replace that .Not my fault they didn't know how to put hot water tank in .

Quiet complex Parking can be awful Assistant manager rude It can take awhile for repairs to be done. Have to call and make sure they are going to do it Communication between staff is non-existent. Staff not on the same page with information

Location and cleanliness is very important factor. Area of town and location local school system is great no far from interstate. Walking distance from my sons school also a great dog park in good location
