I have lived at Hamilton Crossing for over a year. The units are nice, but trying to get any assistance with any maintenance is impossible. When I first moved in there was paint on the outside of the windows from when they were painted. When I asked for the paint to be removed I was told it was cosmetic and not an issue for them. I cleaned the outside of the ones downstairs, but the second floor ones still have the original paint on them. The brackets on the mini blinds in the upstairs bedroom fell out of the window casing because they were poorly installed. When I called to have someone fix it they said the maintenance technician was on vacation and it would probably be next week. For something that required a screwdriver, two minutes, and little effort. You pay a premium price to live in the community but the service offered for your money is inadequate. There is high turnover in the community and it no doubt has to do with the lack of service. Lawn care consists of waiting until the grass gets too high and then scalping it so it dies and needs to be mowed only every third week. If they do mow and your vehicle is in the driveway, you can be assured that the guy who does the "lawn care" will cover it with the dead grass. If you do not have four wheel drive, you should also be aware that they do not offer any snow removal from driveways or the streets within the community. Their website says luxury townhomes, but unless you were raised in a house that was brought in on wheels, I don't think the term of luxury is honest or accurate.

I have lived at Hamilton Crossing since 2006 and have loved every minute of it! The office staff is wonderful to work with. Maintenance issues have always been dealt with in a timely manner. I absolutely love the lawn care being taken care of for me. I have lived in rentals for a long time and you have to expect things to be taken care of differently than if you own. However, my time at Hamilton Crossing has been by far my best rental experience.
