I recently moved into the Townhomes of HAmilton Crossing. About a week in I had a problem with my neighbor parking to close to my mailbox. I reported to the girl in the office and that day a notice was posted on the vehicle. I did not expect such prompt service. Not only that, she assisted me with getting maintenance out to repair a few minor issues with my unit. Not only was she friendly, but the maintenance was wonderful. I would recommend this neighborhood for anyone. I feel very safe and comforted knowing that they provide such good service for their tenants.

This person has to be related to the managers or is one. Wait til Summer gets here and you find out that you do not have pest control, they do not enforce leash restrictions on dogs, they do not have owners pick up after their pets, they do not change filters or outside light bulbs, they never clean exterior windows, they never pick up trash on the grounds, they do not offer any snow removal during winter, they do not maintain empty lots and let them grow unkept. Don't bother getting to know your neighbors, because the turnover here is higher than McDonalds.... Only in CATOOSA could these units use the term "luxury"!!!
