I knew nothing about apartments in Claremore when I was looking to move from Tulsa. I looked around in Claremore, and decided on The Chalet because of the friendly office staff, the convienence, the overall clean look of the apartment, the grounds and the apartment complex. This was a GREAT decision. I have been throughly satisfied with the office/maintancence couple that run the complex. They are always courtious and above all do what they say they will do. They do not tolerate noisy neighbors. I had the occassion to have to complain about my upstairs neighbors. The management was right there within 5 minutes of my hanging up the phone to talk to the noisy neighbors. The unnecessary noise stopped. I also, understand that the upstairs neighbors received a letter stating that any further disturbances would not be tolerated.

MAINTENANCE = TOP NOTCH. Any time I've had to have anything repaired it was done the day I reported it, or at the latest the next day. There haven't been that many repairs needed. The garbage disposal had to be replaced, and was done the very day I notified the management. The apartments are regularly exterminated, and inspected. The management gives you ample time to prepare for the visit.
The management holds up their end of the lease to the fullest extent. They enforce the "No disabled vehicle" clause YEAH!, and the two car per unit clause. This provides for ample parking for the residents. I've seen the management flag down loud cars or cars with thumppin' basses. I don't know what was said, but the thumppin' stereos went quite, and the loud cars suddenly were quieter.

Yes, I am pleased with the Chalet Apartments.

I have lived in the Chalet apartments for over a year and I NOT satisfied. The owner, Sally, is the rudest person I have ever met. When I go to pay my rent I always smell like smoke, because her office smells HORRIBLE. Also, you get in trouble for EVERYTHING. I had my mother visiting for a week, and received and eviction notice, because I am "not allowed to have visitors longer than 5 days." Also, the maintenance is NOT top notch. My toilet has been broken ever since I moved in and nothing has EVER been fixed. I have had nothing but trouble from the Chalet. DON'T LIVE HERE!
