We lived in these apartments for 6 months and the windows had no locks on them and the could be opened from the outside, the office people was very rude and we got in trouble for 1 time, and yes it was our fault for being a little loud but they would not let us renew our lease for that one time. Also the prorated rent for the last month was the same price as our deposit and we asked the office if the could just use that for rent and they told us yes and never did. They reported it to our credit and never gave our deposit back. Not just that they told us the would be a good reference for us and they were 1 time and after that they just had negative things to say. Honestly we did enjoy that apartment a lot and it was nice for the price we paid but they are very very strick and enforce rules! So don't be loud and no pets.
