The apartments are very nice and maintenance is great and the grounds are kept very clean at times.
The only complaint that I have is when it comes to confrontation by office staff for other residents here it isn't handled in the greatest of manner. Some residents here are very defensive and are very unapproachable and I don't feel comfortable as a resident going to that other individual and causing a scene. That is supposed to be the office that should handle those matters and they don't follow through. They are great women but are always busy and don't get back to you very quickly.

There has been a change in Management since this date. We do encourage you to get to know your neighbors. It makes living in the community more enjoyable when you know whom you are living by, and also makes the neighborhood watch more effective. However, we would not want you to put yourself in any kind of dangerous situations. As long as a complaint is made in writing, we will be able to legally address the problem.
