Owner or manager wont fix a leak that is not coming thru the window but is coming down thru the wall from one of the upper floors. The leak is causing mold to grow around the window, the picture included in the mold that is growing above the window blinds that they took down and have never fixed.

Allergic to mold and landlord does not seem to care about the health issue the mold is causing!

Offered to let them out of lease with no penalties and full refund of security deposit, since apparently so unhappy. They decided to stay. We do care about health concerns. Had professional water extraction company and contruction company come and take care of the water leak, also put an airscrubber in apartment to help with any impurities in the air. Also, the above complaint was given by the mother of the resident and not the actual residents (who are adults themselves).

I remember this unit. The complaint came from someone who did not even sign the lease. In spite of everything the other professionals and myself have done with assessments and labor to fix ANY leaks that may be,the individual who did not even sign the lease or so much as even helped with the rent says,"It's not enough." Okay. Smoke everything known to God and man yet a little condensation problem bugs you out. How's that soy milk?
