I use to work for this company in a diffrent location. I use to do maint work. Upper managment stinks and they want you to do what they want, and not use your commen sence to fix things. For instance many of the complexes have switched AC boxes, what this means if your up stairs neighbor turns there ac breaker off your ac break goes off, and reverse.. You are paying for your neighbors electric bill which raises over 200 in the summer time and over 300 in the winter time, there heating systems are electric and the heating elements are metal with pure electric running through them to heat your apartment. They also leave it up to the residents to clean your porches in the winter time of snow. cause they dont want "sued" The supervisor of this complex is a major butt and dont care about you as a resident! Dont blame your managers its the person above them! the managers are Robots because of them! They cant keeps Maint at all they get a good maint team and then get rid of them when everything is running smooth.
