We moved in here the first part of 2001 with 3 cats. We had signed in under the old management before Lindsey Management had taken over Deer Run appartments. Lindsey has a no-pet clause in their contract, but because we singed on with the old management we were able to move in with 3 cats. All the office staff knew this and were okay with it. A couple years later we get an eviction notice because we have 3 cats. Luckily there's still one woman on the office staff that remembers us, so they tear up the notice and everything is fine. But now in 2004, we once again have recieved a notice of eviction because of cats. And because this appartments office staff changes so much, there's nobody here who remembers when we first moved in. So now we're facing possible fines and eviction for having cats. Never mind the fact that we've had cats since the day we moved in here!

Linsey sucks! Watch your lease agreements with them also. Once your lease is up and your not out they will renew you for another year
