I lived in these apartments for 6 years and had my vehicle broke into 3 times, absolutely no parking, and management that doesn't care. The last straw was when the manager's husband and the maintenance man came in while I was sleeping (I'm female) and came into my bedroom and changed the filter above me. After that the security issue was overwelming and had to move.

To wikked: I live here and your complaining about routine inspection which is part of your lease. You are given ample notice that they are coming and can lock your privacy lock in the event that you are indisposed. As to your vehicle being broken into that is unfortunate but happens no matter where you live. My move in packet included safety and security recommendations that included keeping valuables out of site to dissuade would be thieves. As to "the managers husband" they are both managers. Lastly as to the security issue, call the Claremore Police Dept. they will tell you that calls at Deer Run have dropped below the city average and it is as safe as anyone could expect. The managers do care and cleaned up the property significantly.

You're a moron and I hope that the two perverts come in on you while you're in the shower or asleep. I wasn't given ample notice for when they entered the apartment and commen sense should have told them to leave immediately as there was a sleeping woman right below them. That is why I didn't have to pay for breaking my lease after I spoke to Lindsey Management attorneys. As for crime being down, wasn't there a deranged man writing death threats and decapitating dogs that was just arrested out of those apartments? And also Rogers County Sheriffs cleaned out much of deer run when they went around picking up the outstanding warrents. Watch the news, employee of Deerrun apartments, you'll figure it out. I purchased a HOUSE approxiamatly 2 miles from deerrun apartments and have had no issues with theft or noise. The only safety ADVICE I recieved was to pay more a month for an upstairs apartment (which I did) All that I'm doing is warning others where I didn't get this warning. Deer Run now has a reputation of being where the drugs are and uderage drinking. So if this is what you like this is the home for you.

You are a moron. The first thing wrong with your story is that the filters arent right above your bed no matter where your bed is unless you sleep outside the bedroom door. Figure out what your talking about and get your story straight before you go accusing people of stuff

To: noneed2know. I lived here for 4 years and MY VENT IS DIRECTLY ABOVE MY BED!! YOU NEED TO GET YOUR STORY STRAIGHT! Either way, it definitely is a security issue, I woulda moved out too because of security reasons, that is a total invasion of privacy. I think it was definitely an invasion, they could have knocked on the door or warned her before coming in.
