these older reviews are now irrelevant because deer run is now under new anagment where no such issues are occuring. I have been here only 3 months, but i have seen none of the things these other reviews are refereing to. Managment is friendly and helpfull and maintenence is immediate.

I agree...Rick and Dawn Nagel were the best managers this place could have and I really hated to see them leave
