I agree, I never knew what a difference new managers could make. Since "Justin and Falisha" started the property grounds are always disgusting with trash everywhere, all throughout the parking lot even on the play ground. They are always giving out warnings for cigarette butts to everyone I know, when the "ass"istant manager throws his over the railings into the bushes its fine for him. Also everything other than furniture is supposed to be under the stairs but the "ass"istants are allowed to grill upstairs by the door' That doesn't seem right to me. This property has gotten extremely worst since Rick and Dawn left. They were the most caring people and would do whatever they could to help no matter the situation. These new managers people are claiming to be so great couldn't care less about anyone. I dont know how they ever got this job. Before these new people came the grounds were most always trash free. I have not seen one staff member pick up one piece of trash. In front of the office is filled with trash as well. I needed maintenance done on something that was fairly important and it didn't get taken care of for 5 days. Im pretty sure everything is supposed to be done in 48 hours. They are also sending out non-renewal of lease notices but cant give anyone an answer as to why. People needing a few month extension on their lease are denied as well. To anyone thinking of moving here I would strongly suggest you keep looking! These staff members are cold and heartless and have no clue what they are doing! This place used to feel safe and like home but now I dred having to come here. The police are here just about everyday IF NOT EVERYDAY! This place has gone down so bad and I cant wait to get out of here! The biggest mistake Lindsey Management ever made was letting Rick and Dawn walk out the door!
