First of all they kept moving our move in date back further and further which forced me to live with my in laws for two months. The day we moved in the neighbors were smoking pot with the door open, and also coming out and watching us move in with beer in hand. They are noisy every weekend til all hours in the night, loud music yelling and arguing. People that moved in above us are noisy beyond belief. One night teenage boy up there was left home alone had friends over wrestling with each other pounding on the floor and it was 3 am. I called management and they never showed. Had to call the cops. The kids were underage and puking off the balcony. We were also sleeping on floor in living room because they had to bring in dehydraters which were loud and hot because the same upstairs neighbors caused a leak that came down in our bathroom. We had to sleep out here three days and had to pay electricity bill for it! And once our washed broke. They waited 5 days to even Come look at it. They lied and said they did but we were home. It's April 21st and our lease isn't up til June 28th and were already moving out. We have to pay full rent here for may and my new house, but I want to get out of here so bad I don't even care. The apartment itself is kinds cheaply built, but they don't look bad from the outside. Wouldn't recommend this place really. Don't like these managers, preferred rick and dawn from when we lived here two years ago.
