My husband just PCSed here. We were going to move into Willow Park apartments, but we happened to look at Casa Rene, I think their prices r good, for one bedroom apartment is only $380 and for a townhome is $625 that how much we were going to pay the other apartment for a 1 bedroom apartment. I would recommended.
The only bad experience that we have had, is the new manager. My husband once called cuz the fan in the bathroom was making a weird noise, so he called, well she was kinda rude, and also their office is not supposed to closed til 5:30pm we checked our mailbox and we had a package at the office, so we go there... well she was in there (we asked the maintance guy) and she just didnt want to open, and it was only 4pm so yeah we dont know what her deal is.
The maintance guys, r really nice... Its really close to the base, not even 5 min from it.
There is no deposit for military, and they have the military clause, in case you get on base housing it wont affect you.
