I lived in this apartment community for nearly 4 years. When I moved in the apartments were beautiful as were the grounds, but as the years went on the upkeep was very poor. I loved the layout of my apartment, it was spacious and airy with great closet space. Management changed 6 times in the years that I was there, maintenance was a myth, and the noise and crime level skyrocketed. Small children play outside well past midnight, trash is thrown wherever there is available space, and there were fights/shouting matches under my bedroom window nearly every night during the warmer months. The police were a constant presence on the grounds. Management made rules and did not enforce them. The pest problem rose from non-existent to outrageous, and maintenance went from haphazard to occasional. Good luck getting them to come fix anything until you had called at least 5 times! I lived on the 3rd floor of a building and part of my floor began to rot and sink in. The apartment across the hall on the 2nd floor had a resident who fell through her floor and the ceiling of the apartment below. Numerous cars were broken into, there was broken glass on the poorly appointed playground, and the pool was rarely open because they hardly ever maintained it. All in all I would not recommend this complex to anyone until all of this is resolved!
