When first moving in, nothing was cleaned very well, cheap carpeting, holes in cabinets, old appliances, tiny dishwasher, no counter space. After a couple months i started noticing large amounts of dust and dirt gathering around the vents. The handle on my toilet falls of at least once a month and the toilet runs all the time. When inspecting the toilet I found the chain was being held together by a safety pin and scotch tape. I don't really feel safe. There's no cameras so when my car stereo was stolen I got no help. Also people go in and steal the laundry from the washers and dryers. Would not recommend moving here. I would rather see it demolished. i wouldnt recommend living anywhere managed by mcsha.

also they are greedy and will do anything to get more money. they just raised the pricing on the washers to $1.25 and to dry $1.
