This is a terrible complex. The office people are RARELY in the office, if you're more then 3 days late on your rent they will charge you late fees EVEN IF THEY HAVEN'T BEEN IN THE OFFICE TO COLLECT YOUR PAYMENT!! The maintainance guy here is pretty cool, but he only gets $1000 a month for all 96 apartments. The pool' Forget it, these guys didn't pay their license to run it or something like that and they shut it down early.

I first moved in here and there were spots all over the carpet, the wood has been infested with termites, gnats come out of the drains, and old wallpaper is still on some of the walls. The lighting fixtures are never cleaned and the vent covers(for ac/heat) are rusted nearly all the way through. My bathroom mirror is also pretty messed up and needs to be replaced. All my drains drain VERY slowly no matter HOW much draino I put in them. Probably because all the gnats breeding in the pipes or something. The stove was VERY dirty and greasy when I moved in too.

2 of my electrical outlets are broken and still haven't been fixed yet. I've been living here for about 10 months and can't wait till the lease is up, hell I might even break the lease and just pay the fine. That's how bad this complex is. >:(

Oh and I almost forgot: Don't do your laundry here. Do it down the street because this place is about $6 for ONE load of laundry and the dryers don't even work right.

I work for all of my money. And here I feel my money is being completely wasted and abused. Heed this advice and don't move in to this complex.
