I lived at these apartments. My storage area was broken into and the apartment managers did not seem to care. When I did my initial walk through I noted several problems with the carpet being stained, having holes in it, etc. The tiles in the kitchen were loose and the appliances were old and dirty. The air conditioning made some wierd noise every time it ran and they would not fix it. Living on the ground floor, I could hear everyone that lived upstairs through the floors. Also the drains in the bathroom never drained properly. Anyhow I decided to break my lease and leave early I paid them to break the lease. A year later I got a letter from them saying I had to pay to have the carpet replaced. Instead of fighting them I just shelled out 600 dollars to pay them, hoping to get them out of my life. Recently I was applying to move into another apartment and they told me that Bryant Square was saying that I still owed them $279 dollars. Much like the jelly of the month club, good old bryant square is the gift that keeps on giving. Stay away from them. I do not have a grudge against them, the management was nice when they were actually on site, but overall stay away.
