The story holds true that the ChapelRicdge Apartment management care about you only to the point of recieving their money, getting the lease signed or anything that help them personally!
When it comes to the residence' Forget it!
My wife moved into ChapelRidge Apartments here in Little Rock, AR. while I was in Japan.(Hwy 10 & Chenal Parkway) 24800 Chenal Parkway (Manager Kendra Brock)

My first experience with the so called "Community" was one of the residents chose to "road rage" me taking my wife to work then run me over with his car when I went to confront him!
My second encounter was the fact that Kendra Brock and her associates told us that there was plenty of parking for all residents. But, there is an overflow at each building at night so many will park illegally in the Handicap zones, in the roadway. I made an issue of this, even providing digital pictures of the cars and license plate numbers. When I was confronted by Kendra Brock, she told me I was not to bother the people that parking was a problem and she was not making an issue of Handicap parking violators and neither should I!
I was verbally threaten and abused three times in the 3 months I have lived here.
One of which times both my wife and I were written a notice to come in and speak to Kendra Brock. She accused me of cursing out loud in the parking lot! I did no such thing!
It was the "other person" that was doing all the cursing!
Also, I was cursed and threaten by the people that were Handicap parking violators!
But, when I took a digital picture of the "Unsupervised" children putting sand in and on the hood of a band new red car in from of our building' I was still critisized for my personal invovlement in the so call "Community"!
I personal observed 2 drug deals in the parking lot of ChapelRidge and reported it to both the office management and the police. "NOTHING" was done about this to date!
I personally reported a stolen vehicle abandoned in the field behind the Apartments when I observed the children from the ChapelRidge Apartments throwing rocks at it and breaking the windows.
The children are allowed to wonder the complex reaking havic on all buildings, hallways, cars and people!
The "rules of ChapelRidge Community" are obviously made to be ignored and broken!
I tried to help enforce the rules and only recieved critisisian for doing so!
Since I moved in Aug. 15th, 2003. We have seen a serious increase in the crime factor!
We have seen the "type of people" allowed to rent here degrade seriously!
It seems as though it is turning more towards a gheto blasting, drug dealing area!
It is not a "good community"!
My wife and I are still here and were trying to stay our lease term. But due to continued problems, have chosen to move immediately!
I highly suggest you speak to current residents before moving in!

I totally agree, I wish I would have never moved in.
