I lived there for 6 months and didn't have many problems. There were alot of kids on the property that you had to dodge in the parking lot. The apartment was clean and maintenance was fairly prompt, but I often wondered if these were section 8. My rent did not reflect it, I do think I was overcharged for a 523 square foot apartment.

Why is it ghetto, because they allow ------ to live there or is there killing and gang related violence happening? Be more specific!
Why is it ghetto, because they allow ------ to live there, or is there killing and gang violence occuring daily? Are you being biased or overgeneralizing the facts? Be more specific. Does having children mean it is a ghetto thing; you were once a child weren't you?
