The space for a 1 bedroom is a pretty good size considering the price. The main walls surrounding the rooms are like those in high school classrooms or prisons (white brick-like) so you can't drill any holes or hang anything. Maybe that's one of the reasons why the insulation isn't that great. The cold season is here and you'll definitely feel it in this apartment. The heating sometimes work, but at times even at the highest setting you can't feel any change in temperature. Also sometimes I could hear my neighbors (the ones next to me and the ones above me). The sounds are muffled but if you have loud neighbors you will definitely hear them. Parking is not that bad. So far there's always been a place for me to park and even when it's late at night and most parking spaces are taken, there's still a few available spots. As for security and safety, well nothing has happened and I don't feel unsafe so I guess it's good. They also have a pool, staff is friendly but seem very UNORGANIZED, and it's walking distance to UCO. They did have a problem with water for the entire apartment complex during my stay. They had to shut off all of the water to do maintenance TWICE for about 3 hours.
