Yes, the office and maintnance staff are great however, This place is cheaply made. I've lived here for almost a year and I've gotten to know the staff very well. We've talked numerous times about the condition of the place, for example. The windows have very little insulation which causes drafts that actually move your curtains... heavy curtains at that. The insulation between up and down stairs is minimal so I can actually hear the people above me when they vaccum, walk, or in most cases jump all over the place. Sprinklers leak, dishwasher doesn't work properly, carpet and wood surfaces aren't installed right, I could go on and on. Let's not forget that out of the 11 months I've lived here the gates have actually worked in all about 4 of those months. So much for security, oh and that security patrol... he quit! No replacement yet and it's been about 3 months now. Then there's always the lack of lights. We've gone all week without most exterior lights on. This place just screams "rob from here"! They have 1 Garbage compactor for the this entire apartment and it just isn't enough. Drive by on a Sunday and you can actually see all the garbage pilled up and blowing everywhere. I don't blame the staff, they really try to keep this place up, but the truth is it was built shoddy, failed inspection (Don't quote me) 6 times before anyone could move in, and the builders/owners just don't care. Afterall they don't have to live here.
