No heat or air in back rooms

The back bedrooms never have any heat or air. They've been out several times and no change. This is another section 8 housing. No room in the kitchen and the bathroom is way to large. Why not just make the kitchen bigger' They closed the bathroom next to the pool and then the pool started turning green (wonder why). The garbage is out of control. The need at least two dumpsters. Moving tomorrow.
