My husband and I lived here for seven months and it was a complete nightmare. The apartment was drab with cheap appliances and poor structuring. The kids that play in the playground are reckless and VERY noisy, and often unaccompanied by an adult. You have to pay for trash (which is not worth it since you just leave your trash on the sidewalk for some idiot to pick it up), electricity AND water. There is a security gate which requires a key card but most of the time the gates are broken from people crashing through it. Bottom line, you don't want to live here - I know for students it is close to campus, but save yourself some grief and choose a better community.
