I ahve live d here for 3 years and have NEVER experienced any of the problems others have mentioned. I have never seen any bugs in my apartment, never had a proble mwith the staff losing my rent or anything.The kids never bother me. As far as the "ghetto" , nothing could be farther from the truth. I've lived in California and Georgia and let me tell you this DEFINITELY is no ghetto. I am not on section 8 but have been before years ago. That afforded me to earn my degrees.Every place that accepts section 8 is not the ghetto and everyone on it is not "trash." I love it here and my advice to others here is if yo udont like it go spend about 1,300 a month in another complex. I promise you won't see a whole lot of difference. If you want fabulous living move to Beverly Hills.
